We developed our slings with all shapes and sizes in mind. Please keep in mind that there may be a learning curve for you and your baby while learning how to comfortably use your carrier. We are happy to accept returns or exchanges of our products purchased directly from our site within ten (10) days of receipt of your purchase for a full refund of your purchase price. All sale, discounted or custom items are a final sale. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you wish to proceed with a return, please note the following: slings must be returned in new, unused condition, with the registration tags still intact and returned in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. A return will only be accepted if the customer has contacted our customer service prior to sending the item back and must be accompanied by a Return Authorization number.
For your protection, we recommend all items are returned via a traceable carrier such as USPS, FedEx or UPS. hope&plum is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. Once we receive the sling back, please allow up to two (2) weeks for us to inspect the sling and issue a refund. It will usually take two (2) to three (3) business days for the refund to appear on your credit card. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. We do not send out refund checks for products received as gifts that have been returned.
If an item is found to have been used, you are subject to a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee. Upon receipt of your item, we will check for things like intact tags, pet hair, perfume or fabric softener, spit up or other damage (e.g. warning label removed, tears, etc.).

Any and all inquiries about order cancellation/changes should be sent to email@example.com. If we receive a request to cancel or change an order within 24 hours after purchase, we will strive to make sure the order is cancelled and/or changed per the request. If your order is processed before the cancellation request comes in, we will be unable to cancel the order. Thank you for understanding.
