Fulfillment Timeframe
We’re a small, but mighty team, working hard to get your order ready and on its way! Typically, we fulfill orders within 3–5 business days.
During busy times like sales or new launches, our fulfillment window may extend to 5–7 business days or as indicated on our website banner—we appreciate your patience and promise it’s worth the wait!
Some items might take a little longer to prepare, and if so, you’ll find that clearly noted in the product description so you know exactly what to expect.
Order Issues
Oh no! If an item is missing, the wrong product arrived, or the size isn’t quite right, don’t worry — we’ve got you covered. 💛
Just shoot us an email at hello@hopeandplum.co within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a quick note with what happened, and we’ll get it sorted faster than you can say “new favorite baby carrier!”
Shipping within the United States:
All U.S. orders ship via USPS or UPS, depending on what gets your goodies to you fastest! 💌
Orders over $215 ship free with our economy option (yay!). For orders under that amount, shipping is just $4.50 or $9.25, based on package weight. If you need your order in a hurry, you can choose Expedited Shipping at checkout — rates will be shown right in your cart.
For orders valued over $600, a signature will be required upon delivery to make sure your order arrives safely in your hands.
Shipping Worldwide

We offer super competitive international shipping rates based on your package’s weight.
For our friends in Canada, shipping rates begin at $7, depending on weight. For the rest of the world, rates begin at $14 depending on weight. To see your exact rate, just head to checkout and enter your shipping details. If you need your order sooner, Expedited International Shipping options will also appear right in your cart.
A quick heads-up: we don’t collect import duties, taxes, or customs fees for international shipments. These costs—if applicable—are set by your country’s customs office and are the responsibility of the purchaser. We always recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering so there are no surprises along the way.
Package Protection
We know how much love and anticipation goes into every hope&plum order — and how frustrating it can be if something goes wrong along the way. That’s why we offer optional Package Protection, a simple way to help cover your order in the event it’s lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. You can view all applicable information for our Package Protection here.
You’ll see the option to add Package Protection during checkout. If anything happens, you’ll be able to file a claim with our customer service to receive store credit or replacement items (when available), so we can help make things right as soon as possible.
We genuinely recommend adding Package Protection for that extra peace of mind. Without it, we’re unfortunately unable to offer replacements or refunds for orders impacted by shipping issues.

Just a quick note: While we’ll always do our best to support you, hope&plum isn’t responsible for delays caused by things outside of our control, like severe weather, natural disasters, or courier service disruptions.
