Shipping within the United States:

Any orders being delivered within the United State will be shipped out USPS or UPS. For orders over $165, we offer free shipping, while orders that fall below that threshold will be charged $4 or $8.50 depending upon the package weight. We fulfill orders within 3-5 business days, unless otherwise specified when you ordered or in the product listing. We also offer Expedited Shipping, with the rates listed in your cart at checkout. 

Shipping outside of the United States:

We are happy to ship worldwide! We fulfill orders within 3-5 business days, unless otherwise specified. We offer extremely competitive shipping rates that are dependent upon weight. For Canada, shipping rates are $5, $10, or $15, depending upon the weight of your package. For the rest of the world, the rates are $14, $20, or $75 depending upon the weight of your package. You can see which rate you will pay by going into the checkout with your wanted items and inputting your shipping information there. We also offer Expedited International Shipping, with the rates showing in your cart at checkout.

Route Package Protection:

Route's Package Protection is a shipping insurance solution that helps cover your order in the event that your items gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.

We know how disappointing it is to have something happen to a highly anticipated package, so we’ve partnered with Route to offer added shipping insurance. You'll find an option to add Package Protection to your cart at checkout. With Route, you will be able to file a claim and receive a full refund on your missing or damaged in transit order, OR replacement items, if they are available.

We highly recommend purchasing Route so that you're supported, no matter what. Without Route Package Protection insurance, we unfortunately can not assist replacing or refunding your order.
