By visiting our Site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (sometimes referred to herein as “Terms of Service” or “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. We reserve the right to change this Site and these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. ACCESSING, BROWSING OR OTHERWISE USING THE SITE INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THIS AGREEMENT, SO PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING.
USE OF SITE
You represent and warrant that you are eighteen (18) years old or older.
Content provided on this site is solely for informational purposes. It is your sole responsibility to consult a licensed physician, pediatrician or qualified health care professional for advice, diagnosis, and/or treatment of any health related condition. Submissions or opinions expressed on this Site are that of the individual expressing such Submission or opinion and may not reflect our opinions.
CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ORDERS
We strive to respond to all customer service inquiries within twenty-four (24) hours, Monday through Friday. Please note, having a product held in your shopping cart does not guarantee your purchase. Once an order is placed, we are unable to make any further changes.
We reserve the right to refund any purchase.
FABRIC DISCLAIMER
Our fabrics are made out of 100% linen, linen/cotton blends and a hemp/cotton blend, which is comprised of natural woven fibers. You may notice nubs (a lump, loop or thick place in the yarn of a woven wrap that occurs in the weaving process) or other cosmetic changes throughout the fabric. They are part of the texture and beauty of the fabrics we use. These nubs are a natural part of the yarn structure and do not affect affect the integrity of the sling.
Please note, we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at on our website. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Each of our slings are handcrafted by our network of seamstresses and there may be minor inconsistencies that do not impact the function of the sling. These small distinctions are what make each of our slings unique!
CONTENT
We aim to keep the content and information on the Site up-to-date and accurate. However, it is possible that some information on the Site may be inaccurate. We accept no liability for any typographical or printing errors, or any information on the Site that is not up-to-date. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

We are not responsible for any injuries or death that may occur while using our products. Please go to our “Instructional Videos” page to watch tutorials on how to wear your baby safely and review our safety tips. Please comply with all safety tips whenever using your sling. In the event you note any defects or abnormal wear and tear, please stop using your sling and contact us immediately at help@hopeandplum.co for assistance. We comply with the requirements set forth by the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) and American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) for ring sling carriers.
