We developed our slings with all shapes and sizes in mind. Please keep in mind that there may be a learning curve for you and your baby while learning how to comfortably use your carrier. We are happy to accept returns of our products purchased directly from our site within fifteen (15) days of fulfillment of your purchase for a full refund of your purchase price or within twenty-one (21) days of receipt for store credit (less shipping costs). All sale, discounted, or custom items are a final sale.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you wish to proceed with a return, please note the following: slings or item must be returned in new, unused condition, with the registration or all pertinent tags still intact and returned in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please go to: A return will only be accepted if the customer has contacted our customer service prior to sending the item back.
Once we receive the item, please allow up to five (5) business days for us to inspect the sling and issue a refund. It will usually take two (2) to three (3) business days for the refund to appear on your credit card. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. We do not send out refund checks for products received as gifts that have been returned.
If an item is found to have been used, you are subject to a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee. Upon receipt of your item, we will check for things like intact tags, pet hair, perfume or fabric softener, spit up or other damage (e.g. warning label removed, tears, etc.).
