Returns/Cancellations

RETURN POLICY

We developed our carriers with all shapes and sizes in mind. Please keep in mind that there may be a learning curve for you and your baby while learning how to comfortably use your carrier. We are happy to accept returns of unused/unworn products purchased directly from our site within twenty (20) days from the date of fulfillment of your purchase for a full refund of your purchase price and thirty (30) days from the date of fulfillment of receipt for store credit (less shipping costs). All sale discounted (other than first-time purchase codes), or custom items are a final sale. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you wish to proceed with a return, please note the following: all products must be returned in new, unused/unworn condition, with the registration or all pertinent tags still intact and returned in the original packaging. Please make sure to package your return appropriately. Once we receive the item, please allow up to five (5) business days for us to inspect the sling and issue a refund. It will usually take two (2) to three (3) business days for the refund to appear on your credit card. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment or to a store credit gift card, depending on what was selected at our return portal. We do not send out refund checks for products received as gifts that have been returned.
 
If an item is found to have been used, you are subject to a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee. Upon receipt of your item, we will check for things like intact tags, pet hair, perfume or fabric softener, spit up or other damage (e.g. warning label removed, tears, etc.). We will send an email specifying what was found before processing this fee.
** International Orders (Including Canada): Once shipped, all sales are considered final and are not eligible for return or exchange. **
 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES

Any and all inquiries about order cancellation/changes should be sent to hello@hopeandplum.co. If we receive a request to cancel or change an order within one (1) hour after purchase, we will strive to make sure the order is cancelled and/or changed per the request. Any cancel/change requests after the first (1) hour will not be allowed. If your order is processed before the cancellation request comes in, we will be unable to cancel the order.
