If your package arrived damaged, an item is missing, or the wrong product showed up, email us at hello@hopeandplum.coright away. Include your order number and a quick note with what happened.
Shipping carriers have tight claim windows, so the sooner you tell us, the more options we have. We can't always sort every situation out, but we'll do what we can.
