Disneyland
Used at Disneyland with my six month old and we were both super comfortable all day even in the heat and walking all around. I had completely given up on soft structured carriers — until now.

You've been dreading summer babywearing. The sweaty back. The overheated baby. The carrier you dread putting on because you know what's coming. It doesn't have to be that way. The Lark was built to be comfortable for bodies that run warm, which, let's be honest, is most of us.
✧
No synthetic foam
✧
Breathable in summer heat
✧
Natural fibers only
Most carriers pad their straps with synthetic foam. We use cotton batting instead. Synthetic foam traps heat against your body. Cotton batting breathes.
Hemp is naturally temperature-regulating. Linen wicks moisture and breathes. No polyester, no neoprene, nothing that traps heat against your skin or your baby's.
The Lark's apron-style design skips the wide padded waistband entirely. Less fabric. Less bulk. Less heat. More airflow where you need it most.

Wore it all day
I'm a WFH mom. I wear my toddler every day multiple times for long periods of time. I needed a comfortable carrier that wouldn't dig into me, didn't have a bulky waist band, and was soft enough to snuggle my baby while they nap. The Lark is all of that.
Hawaii
We live in Hawaii and it doesn't make me extra hot or sweat more than I normally would. Baby also loves being in her Lark and loves playing with it too.
Hot & Humid
I love my Lark! I have a different carrier that is cotton with a waterfall waistband, but I find that it is too heavy and hot during warm, humid weather. The Lark is so much cooler. It is my go-to carrier for hot weather.
Disney in the heat
I'm day two in Disney with my 1 year old. This carrier is amazing! I wore it from 10am to 10pm and my back never bothered me. It's hot here and I hardly broke a sweat. My son napped, hung out, and nursed super privately. I'd pay double for this.
Easy breezy.

The shoulder straps are padded with cotton batting instead of synthetic foam. Weight distributes naturally across your shoulders. No hot spots, no pressure points, no digging in after an hour.
Hemp-cotton and linen-cotton blends that breathe in summer heat. Soft enough to wear against bare skin. No synthetic fabrics touching you or your baby.
No awkward wrestling or second pair of hands required. Clip the waist buckle, clip both side straps, and tighten them. That's it. You're wearing your baby.
The panel cradles your baby's thighs so their weight is fully supported from knee to knee without being restrictive. No gravity pulling on developing hip joints. Just a natural, comfortable seat from the very first carry.
Length Guide
The Lark comes in two lengths, based on your fitted shirt size. Take the quick quiz or compare both below.
Length 1 of 2
Fits women's XXS-L
Waistband fits up to 45 inches.
Most women's fitted shirt sizes XXS through L. Most men's shirt sizes M through XL also fit Short.
Length 2 of 2
Fits women's XL–6XL
Waistband fits up to 65 inches.
Most women's fitted shirt sizes XL through 6X. Most men's shirt sizes 2XL and up also fit a Long.
Size down. Most "between" wearers prefer the Short.
A carrier that's too big can't tighten properly during a back carry. If you're truly between sizes and plan to wear back carry, the Short is essential!
Men's sizes run differently. A men's XL often fits the Short, not the Long. When in doubt, email us your shirt size, and we'll help match!!
